In the era of pandemic and uncertainty, natnat was born, an answer to our customers' persistent questions: "Why only at Mercado da Ribeira?".

The history of Marques & Paulina Lda. dates back to the 80s, when Mr. Manuel and D. Paulina, between squares, markets and daily vegetable cultivation, committed themselves to taking their love for customer satisfaction across borders. District of Santarém. Mr. Manuel, tirelessly, traveled more than 300km from Monday to Saturday, driven solely by the desire to provide consumers with fresh, organic products of unparalleled quality.

Driven by the desire to expand, they took their products (turnips, turnip greens, turnip greens, broccoli) to new markets, arriving at the old Mercado do Rego and establishing themselves in wholesale trade. In 2000, Marques & Paulina Lda. was officially registered, migrating to MARL (Mercado Abastecedor da Região de Lisboa) and, subsequently, opening another retail point of sale in Mercado da Ribeira.

Although it is a micro company, Marques & Paulina Lda. carries macro values, overcoming obstacles over the years and captivating customers' attention. Both Mr. Manuel and D. Paulina have always aimed to pass on their values ​​to their children and son-in-law, as well as their dedication to customer service.

In 2020, Marques & Paulina, Lda., implements measures driven by João Pedro Ferrão and Elisabete, parents of 3 children, who seek daily to reduce the impact on the environment, reusing product transport boxes as well as the use of paper and cardboard , reducing the use of plastic as much as possible in favor of sustainability.
